Our Coronavirus Response

During this pandemic our on site technicians will be following the guidelines established by WHO to mitigate potential transmission.

These steps include:

• Frequent checks of temperature throughout the day for all technicians and office staff.
• Social distancing, which includes no sharing of tools or other personal items (eg cell phones, jump drives, and other electronics) 
• The continued use of >60% alcohol based hand sanitizer.
• Frequent and correct hand washing, as well as use of gloves where possible or necessary. 
• Remote assistance over an in-person service call whenever possible. 
• The continued education of all employees regarding recommended best practices as determined by the medical professionals at the World Health Organization. 

These are indeed difficult times for humanity on a global scale. We urge everyone to take a deep breath, consult the guidelines, and do our collective best to contribute to the health and safety of all people everywhere.
